Nearly 30 years ago, between 1986 and 1995, there was a cozy, 40-seater Italian restaurant called Paolo’s. Family-run and full of charm, Paolo’s quickly earned a cherished place in the heart of the Clarkston community. For nine memorable years, it was the go-to spot for authentic Italian cuisine, becoming a beloved destination for locals. When the restaurant closed its doors in 1995, it left a lasting void as the family embarked on new adventures.
But here’s the exciting news: Paolo’s is back with a modern twist!
Three original family members from Paolo’s are joining forces with restaurant owner Steph to revive the spirit of Paolo’s for a new generation. Together, we’re bringing the Clarkston community and its neighbours a fresh take on authentic Italian food, paired with delicious cocktails and carefully curated wines.
